Which delivery service do you use

We use a variety of different delivery companies, such as Royal Mail, DPD, etc. We also use a local cycle carrier in York, and they can generally deliver the same day in the city. The particular delivery service used is dictated by the size & type (bulk, weight, dimensions etc) of your finished order.

What is your your turnaround time for plans

Plans, sewing patterns and posters: we aim to print and dispatch the same day if ordered before 12 noon.You can also collect on the same-day
